Work Out Early – It’s a great idea to shift your workout time to earlier in the day when the sun’s not as hot and you’ll get it out of the way, too! Studies have shown people are able to run far longer when the weather is just 10 degrees cooler – you’ll have a better workout to boot.
Get a Goal – If you want to look great in that swimsuit this season, tape it to your closet door! Whether it’s a dress, a number on the scale or just a vacation, get a goal and reward yourself handsomely when you meet it this summer.
