Flex-it is a small training facility located in Mountain View, the heart of Silicon Valley.  It is a 5,000 square foot facility that features a wide variety of training equipment and programs.

We offer aerobic and dance classes for all levels of fitness, basketball, free weight equipment, Olympic lifting platforms, cardio equipment, and a wide variety of strength training equipment.

Our members range from the serious competitive athlete to the individual who just wants to get back into shape.  We can provide all your training needs.  We specialize in Sport Specific Training for individuals or group sessions.
