<p>As all the muscles in your body relate to your core muscles, it is essential that these muscles are strong. Start by laying on your back with your legs together and arms at your side. Take a moment to breathe regularly. Inhale a breath, and as you exhale, tuck your chin to your chest and lift your ankles off the<span id="more-16"></span> ground. While pulling your abdominals to your spine, pump your arms in small movements up and down. Work your way up until you are able to count to 100 while engaging your core in this manner. Practice these in sets of 100.</p>
